Question about Dometic Rooftop RV Air Conditioner
Your problem is a simple one actually. You don't have enough power available to run your ac on high. If you get a meter to test amperage and voltage you will see that there is a serious drop from what they may advertise and what you actually get. Try to minimize use of other appliances when your AC is on and you should be ok.

are you saying the outdoor unit does run, then shuts off?
if not, there may be fuses in the disconnect
if so, it may be going out on low pressure, possibly high pressure....clean all coils, filter, blower wheel, inspect coil if possible
