Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone

Iphone apps on home screen

Apps fill up my home screen as I add them and when it is full there does not seem anyway to access the apps. I would have thought that the home screen should scroll down to reveal them but it doesn't.

I can see the apps in the installer so I know they are there but I don't know how to acces them

Re: Iphone apps on home screen

The iPhone does not scroll the home screen by default.
Goto which has lots of apps for your iPhone and enter DOCK in the search .

Look for
DOCK: iPhone scrolling home screen

Why am I asked to purchase free apps on my iphone 4

I think they want to gain access to your phone via the free apps.
Only download apps from the Apple App store. There you also find lots of free apps (most than have adds but when you like the apps, you can remove them by buying the full version)

Add icon to iPhone5

Any app that is on your iPhone will have an icon on your screen. Make sure to swipe through all the "pages" of your screen to make sure they aren't being put on a different page. If you had the apps on a previous iPhone and are putting it onto a new one, or have apps in your iTunes account but didn't actually buy them on your phone, you may need to re-download the apps onto the phone either the App Store app or plug your phone into the computer and re-download them from iTunes.

New iPod purchaser

Try the Apple website for advice. But it's pretty simple. Connect to the app store app (preinstalled on the device), top up your iTunes credit (on you computer - mac/pc makes no difference), and browse for applications with good reviews (it's a very simple interface). when the apps have installed themselves on your iPod, simply tap the icons and the app should start. to exit the application, and return to the home screen (also reffered to as the springboard), simply hit the 'Home' button (the button at the bottom of the device). Simples :)

Home screen

don't.  if you're not smart enough to figure out how to access the extra icons, then you probably shouldn't be hacking your iphone.  wait until apple officially supports it.
