Don't know my gmail username or password an had no backup account what do I do
Create a new account and then attend memory improvement classes. Most folks access their email account daily. I understand that most also stay logged on with the device they are using as well, and this can lead to forgetting. However, you are responsible to keep track of your accounts, user ids, and passwords. We are inundated with so many of them anymore that it is impossible to remember them all, especially some of the ones we use on just an occasional basis. The easiest way to keep them all straight and up to date is to create a file or spreadsheet with all your accounts in it. Include the URL, Userid, and password. Then, using an encryption program like WINZIP or WINRAR or even passwording a Microsoft file, save the file with a strong password that you can remember easily, but one that is not easy to guess. Do not use words found in the dictionary. Avoid family names and birthdates. It's best to use a combination word of nonsensical variation. Make it at least 10-15 characters long as well. And don't name the file something obvious like "ACCOUNTS AND PASSWORDS!"
And if you are afraid you will forget that, WRITE IT DOWN, and save it somewhere safe, just not on your device(s). Now, with that done, if you forget am account, ID, or password, you can retrieve it. Just remember to periodically update the file to keep it current. Also, don't forget that many accounts use your email address or phone number as a way to remind you if you forget. So, if you change your email account/phone number, you need to update your profile on those accounts in case you forget. Otherwise, the reminder is sent to a phone number/email address that no longer exists.
