If you look on the packaging you will see the name of the development time ( I think it to be Sonic Team) You can google there website and goto the support section and get the help you need there.

Thanks, Frank Z.

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Don't know if you will be able to help as it's not about any DS games but about Sonic toys. My son (autistic and obsessed) is nagging for a sonic "chao" toy. Have searched Amazon, Tomy,...

You should try Google searching for "sonic plush chao". I am assuming that your son wants a plush toy because the plastic figures that I have seen don't include a chao figure, just chaos jewels! Your search will likely lead you to a site that is operated out of Japan, or even other countries, so the shipping is going to get expensive fast. You may want to try www.sonicgear.org There are also many sites that feature unofficial, often homemade versions of the chao. One such site is www.pawsalamode.com. Hope this helps, and good luck.

Can not get a game to play

I just got the Sonic game to play again. Unfortunately, I had to reset the Didj--i.e., erase all the contents, including "Jet Pack Heroes" and my son's profile. Basically, I had to reset it to factory settings.

So all the stuff we worked on is lost, but at least he can play Sonic.

I got the instructions here:
http://community.leapfrog.com/blog-entry/Bad-Christmas-Presents/Didj-Needs-Tune/580000606

And here are the instructions:

"Launch LeapFrog Connect
  1. Press the "Ctrl + Shift + R" keys on the keyboard
  2. A window will open that will say "connect the device you would like to reset"
  3. Connect the Didj and turn it on
  4. This will reset the Didj to the factory settings"
It didn't work exactly like this, but that's the command you want to use to reset it when connected to the computer via USB. You'll know when it's resetting--it takes a good 5-10 minutes and very clearly tells you that you're resetting.

Hope this helps!
