Hi. I have a Kicker amp KX1200.1 that doesn't seem to be working. I think it blew a fuse. Do you know how I can get that fixed?

my kx 1200.1 wont work...when starting the car the interior lights will keep dimming in a rythem...like a heart beat. the protection lights on and the power light keeps blinking very lightly with the rythem. WTF? IS IT BLOWN?
