Question about Heating & Cooling
I SEE MIST OR STEAM COMMING OUT OF THE TOP. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN . IVE HAD IT FOR A YEAR AND I WANT TO MAKE SURE IT WONT HURT US
It should just be the water in the air condensing. The same effect causes fog.Its only water vapor, and is completely harmless. The air passing through your air conditioner has water in it in the form of a gas.As this gaseous form of water is cooled it changes back into the liquid state.(In this case in the form of a fog,or fine mist)This is what you see blowing from the cold air return of your air conditioner.
