TR Underworld PS3, Game cuts out, can't shut off, can eject disc

During Tomb Raider Underworld PS3 gameplay the game cuts out, the system isn't doing anything...I can't turn off the system all I can do is eject the disc. This has happened a few times, but only during Tomb Raider play.
