I have an epson rx 595 which has worked quite well until today. I had a very thick paper jam due to a sticky note being pulled into the printer. I took screws off back to get hands closer to rollers to pull out. I made sure there are no remnants of the jam. Now when I turn the printer on, I get a false message that the front tray is in the cd/dvd position. Have tried turning off, unplugging and turning back on. stop/clear settings does nothing
