sometimes you have to shake it to loosen a particle stuck in the delivery hole of the bottle....doesn't have to be a large particle in order to plug up the works....or you may even have to remove the bottle, pry off the bottle cap, rinse it good and check for debris plugging up the works....good luck
Hi Robert
Your pump probably needs priming.
Hold the triggger down and squeeze the bottle at the same time to create a pressure inside of the bottle of spray to prime the pump.

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you are having with your LiquaFeed Sprayer. Your water pressure needs to be at least 45 PSI. If your garden hose is longer than 50 ft, this can lessen the water pressure. If there is any foreign matter or crystalization on the bottle or the sprayer where the bottle inserts, this will need to be soaked in warm water, as it may be clogging the sprayer. With the bottle of LiquaFeed apart from the sprayer, squeeze the bottle to see if any product comes out. If none of these troubleshooting steps help, please call us at 877-465-5160, and we will be happy to assist you further. Hilary @Miracle-Gro
your motor could be bad you could have a bad fuse or there is something in the line or there is something in the sprayer head. if you listen around the sprayer motor you should be able to here is it is working or not if it is working it is probably something in the line or sprayer head if it is not working than it is either a bad motor or it isn't getting power if the motor isn't working I would start with the fuses.
Here some things to check on your sprayer to make sure it is working properly. Is your hose 50 ft or less?Is your water pressure above 40 psi? When you turn the arrow to feed do you hear a slight clicking sound? Is the bottle tightly screwed into the container? Do you see any foreign matter or crystallization of the bottle or the sprayer? Do you see any particles floating inside the bottle if you hold it to the light? If you point the bottle toward a bucket can you squirt product out?Have your tried more then one bottle? If you have tried more then one bottle, your hose and psi meet the minimum recommendation and you don't see any foreign matter on the bottle or sprayer there is something wrong with the applicator. Please call us at 800-645-8166 we'll be happy to discuss this issue and see what we can do to assist you further.Lee Ann@SMG.
The pumping mechanism should unscrew from the plastic bottle. Push the handle all the way down and try to unscrew the pump while holding the bottle steady.
