Good Day Scott;
When resistors and or fuses burn out, it's a sign that some other device was drawing too much current. So, replacing these parts alone will not repair the TV. There could be a couple of things that may have caused this condition. First, look toward the front of the chassis (from back) and look a shiny substance (fluid) on the circuit board. Look very closely! It may be your convergence circuit, most common, IS's. If you are not experienced in repairing TV's, I would call a factory authorized service dealer to have this unit repaired. It will take an expert to repair TV properly.
Sorry I could not give you good news, good luck; Big Irish.
