if you dont have the motherboard manual they you can look around the area of the bios battery and see if there are any open jumpers
failing this unplug the power cord from the pc and remove the bios battery (large silver watch type battery) and leadve it for around 10-15 mins
replace the battery then the power cord and when you boot
it will allow you to enter the cmos set up screen
