You are hear to clarify your doubts. Ritmo USB is a Voip phone with Skype support. You can make and receive calls from Skype calls. Kindly plug into your computer's USB port inorder to make Skype calls from Ritmo USB phone.

• 1st You download Webcam Driver.
  
• ritmo drivers
• After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
  
• Installation of Webcam Driver
  
• Go to the control panel
  
• Click on the System Icon
  
• Click on the Hardware Tab
  
• Click on the Device Manager s
  
• Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
  
• Right click on it and uninstall it.
  
• After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
  
• Driver installation Wizard start.
  
• Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
  
• Driver will be install.

Sadly, it's not designed to be fixable, and in any case a new LCD panel will cost more than a complete replacement digi-photo frame.

As it's out of warranty your only solution is to recycle it and buy a replacement. Brand name versions cost more but generally have a better image quality and longevity so "you pays your money and takes your choice".

The Driver is available on the ritmo site. Download, Unzip, then double click to install. Good Luck.
