Phone plug on subwoofer plugs into phone jack on back of tower! Plug and jack are color coded green. If you plug into wrong jack you get no sound or intermittent sound. Also speaker cables have an on-off swith so make sure you are switched "on" or you will not get sound.

Need to hook up to keenwood powered subwolfer 1050sw and im a girl and dont know how

The receiver has a subwoofer out jack on the back. The powered sub has a LF input jack on the back. Connect the two with an audio cable that has 'RCA' plugs on both ends.

I have a acustimass 9 system , but i dont kno whow to plug it

The plug design they use is proprietary. So you would have to cut off the plug and connect your own jack to the wiring to be able to use it elsewhere.

HOW DO I PLUG UP THE SUBWOOFER TO AMPLIFIER

On the back of the amp, there should be a jack with the name "SUBWOOFER PRE OUT". It is a standard RCA jack, but it only puts out a line output, meaning only self-powered subwoofers will work with it. Usually, if the subwoofer does not have an amp, it will have 2 imputs and 2 outputs. You plug the two left and right inputs into the front speaker jack on the amp, and then plug the front speakers into the left and right amp on the subwoofer.

Speaker setup

This is a hard problem when one is not looking at the speaker. But let me give you a little help if I can.

Try pluging the subwoofer into the speaker port of the Pc
Make sure your pc is turn of.
2) I believe the subwoofer has four jacks at the back.
3) Plug each of the speaker into the jack that says speaker
4)Now, if you are confuse of the in and out, on the subwoofer I understand. I believe you should be from out of the subwoofer to the in of the speaker. again, I cannot see at the back of you subwoofer.Only speaker from exprience.when you are done, turn your pc back on and turn the speaker on. making sure the volum is turn low.

good luck

Subwoofer installation

no jack =no sub audio signal so you would have to get some kind of summing filter. this would sum (mix) the two signals together and extract the sub audio from both channels in order to drive the powered sub woofer you have. could be expensive dont know.
