In spite of the fact that I use the right paper quality and put it according to instructions in the paper drawer,the printing takes place only occasionally (once in 3 to 5 trials). HP support recommended to carry out a service test ''Media Sense Calibration'', but it did not help at all.

Hi - I have a Hewlett Packard Photosmart 3310 All-in-One. Have been copying on it successfully for 3 years, but today when I try to copy, it just gives me a completely black - not blank - page. It literally just soaks the entire page with black ink. HP says they would have to charge me $35 to help and they can't even guarantee to solve it. Help!
