Please send the model of your logitech keyboard and mouse, reads on the bottom. For Example, Logitech MX518.

Connect the receiver to the computer, make sure the batteries are inserted properly and they are in there the right way, clean the battery contacts on the keyboard and mouse if theres been leakage from the old ones. Good idea to clean them anyway.

Pair the keyboard with the receiver, press the connect button on the receiver and then press the button on the keyboard.

Ones the keyboard is working do the same with the mouse.

My MX1100 cordless mouse no longer recognized

It sounds like the Drivers for the Mouse aren't be installed. Since it is a wireless mouse and receiver it will need separate drivers to function properly. If it came with a CD I would try re-installing any software that came on the disc. If not (I'm assuming its a Logitech Mouse here) I would visit the Logitech website ( and see if you can locate Drivers there.

Install a Logitech cordless mouse on my desktop computer

Go to the Logitech website. In the support/downloads are you will find the software & drivers you need to install to your computer. You can download the generic logitech wireless driver & then let the new software determine the model. Hope this helps & please remember to rate my answer. Thanks.

My Logitech Cordless mouse suddenly "pulls "hard to the right of my screen. Any clue what that could be caused by??

You may be trying to use it on a very rough or reflective surface. I have also seen low batteries cause problems like this.Try new lithium batteries. They last much longer than regular batteries.

Logitech mouse

I have a mini Logitech v320 cordless that had the same problem, until I realized that during installation of the new battery's you have to pay very close atttention to the orientation of the battery, both batterys need to bee installed with the positive pole facing outward. This goes against almost any electronic device I have ever used, but once this was done my mouse worked fine. Hope this helps.

You probably already done this but try pressing the receiver button and while it is flashing turn the board over and press the small reset/connect button on the bottom of the board and also the reset/connect button on the bottom of the mouse. It should work okay after that. here is hoping that helps. Bud
