Question about HP 417035-001 - HP Pavilion dv2000 Series Laptop Full Featured Intel Chipset Motherboard
Sounds like you have the l337speak virus. make a word document on another computer with this link: http://shop.trendmicro.com/trialpay/ just run the free online scan. you will have to let the site use your active-x, an option that you can click allow on at the top of your screen. you should also, goto http://www.java.com and install the most recent java before running the scan. open the word file on your computer having the typing issues, so you can click the link from opening the file. use a usb stick, burned cd, or transfer the word file to the computer over your network.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
