I need the company number my freezer just quit

I am in Canada and 'Nova Scotia' should be a Canadian brand but I don't know it (I am in Toronto). The model number also appears to be assigned to a company called 'Norfrost'. There are universal seals by size, or you can make your own.

Page 6. Note the arrow in the drawing I suspect you want to unplug a clogged freezer drain. There are a number of youtube videos and web pages describing methods for you to consider if you google such. As I don't know the model of your freezer, I can't point to a specific remedy. But for more immediate response, try a local appliance dealer that handles that product.
Other than that, try the secondary market or used appliance dealers, they occasionally "part out" appliances.

Go to pretty much any APPLIANCE REPAIR/PARTS house. They cost about 3-4 bucks and are pretty much universal.

Woods is a major manufacturer of all refers for Frigidaire, and other large companies. They are the grand daddy...

Goggle to find out the company that built it and see if they will send you a copy or if its available for download. This is a common problem with private sales without all the manuals that come with it. Sometimes you have to look up each appliance or model. Start with a phone number to the manufacturer and work from there. Also you can find someone that is selling one like yours and call them to see if they can send you a copy from their manuals.

If you lost the freezer, why do you need the manual?

5. Defective control board
