The solution is, u gotta use the converter that comes with it. Its in the cd. Set to the correct resolution, which is 220x176 for ur model.

Theres an software call ViDrop. u can try to download this. convert ur video file with that Vidrop software. then it can be played in ur mp4.

U can use the AVI converter in the CD given to u.. Just the correct resolution should be used..
Quality = LOW
Ratio = FULL DISPLAY
