Can anybody help me about my M WALKER BL336G ARGON mp4 player.It can't play an AVI FORMAT VIDEO i load from my pc. It keep saying "FORMAT ERROR". ive tried dozens of avi converter and nothing seems to work but it can play an avi video preloaded in the internal memory (TEST.AVI). I also cannot perform a firmware upgrade since the "driver disc is in Windows98 but i'm using Windows XP.Can u help me pls??

The solution is, u gotta use the converter that comes with it. Its in the cd. Set to the correct resolution, which is 220x176 for ur model.
