Question about Power Color PowerColor ATI DVI Adaptor for Converting from DVI to CRT Fits a (ADAPTER) Motherboard
Your ATI has two DVI connectors but your monitor can only take CRT. In the box came an adapter to change your video signal from DVI to CRT. You connect this to your monitor cable & hand tighten the 2 screws, this connects to the video card. While in windows open control panel, than open Display than click Settings. Click Advanced. Among the tabs here, there should be a tab that says Catalyst Control Center. This is where you setup your display. You can't be switching between the two DVI ports. Ya need to stay with one. The second is for another monitor.
In here is also Help. The control center will help you adjust your adapter. If you do not have the Catalyst Control Center you'll have to download it from this link: http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html
