Mine does this often as well. The only solution I have found myself is to pull the batteries for20-30 seconds or so.

Hi, first thing is check batteries, Then under your keyboard you may find a reset button, Failing that then try the unit in another computer, even if that computer already has a wireless keyboard in you can plug yours in and determine if it works or not, if it does not work then I am sorry to say but the unit has become faulty. Take care, Enjoy life Ad

My keyboard is not working and I have just put in new batteries. However, the mouse is working fine.

You may need to resynch the keyboard with the receiver. I'm not 100% sure of the procedure for the Kensington PilotBoard - but normally all you need to do is hold down the Connect or Synch button on the receiver (in this case the USB Dongle) until the light begins to flash. Once it's flashing, press and hold the Connect or Synch button on the Keyboard (usually its on the back) until the light on the receiver stops flashing.

I need a USB flash drive for mouse/keyboard. I have a Kensington Pilot Board Laser Wireless Desktop Set. PN K64390. I can't find the USB drive to make it work. Can I order one somewhere? Or go buy...

you are not looking for a Flash Drive. you are looking for the radio receiver dongle. You will have to contact Kensington to purchase one but they may not be able to, you will be better off replacing the unit.

if the unit is Bluetooth, you can buy any bluetooth receiver to connect it.

My optical mouse Kensington Ci60 stopped working. Changed batteries and still not working ... How can I fix it?

Unplug the USB receiver and plug into a different USB port if available. Press the connect button on the receiver and wiggle and click the mouse for the next 10-20 seconds. This should revive the mouse.
If the above does not work, you may have to reinstall the drivers.
I hope this helps.

Mouse stopped working

Check underneath for dirt or debris blocking the laser light lens, try on a different surface ie (mousepad). If that doesn't solve your problem, it's time for a new one.

My keyboard stopped working!!

I think the best solution to this problem is unplug the USB adapter and remove the batteries from the keyboard for about 30 seconds.  Do them both at the same time.  I've noticed if I only remove the keyboard's batteries and put them back in, it wouldn't work.  Also if I removed the USB adapter and then plugged it back it, it wouldn't work.  But, if I do them both at the same time, problem is fixed.

Mouse works, keyboard does not

Try replacing the batteries in the keyboard. This usually solves the issue.
