I replaced my black ink cartridge. It told me to remove it and check it several times, then finally I somehow managed to get it to work. A couple of days later, it spontaneously started giving me the same error message again, and I can't get it to work this time. I really really need to be able to print ASAP and I don't want to have to change everything to dark blue. This is an HP Inkjet All-in-One 7310.
Try jumping off a bridge. that'll fix your problem. other countries have people starving and getting raped. your problem seems to be your utter stupidity.

The printer is telling me that the right print cartridge is bad, but have changed cartridges a couple of times. I have also attempted to clean the contacts with rubbing alcohol without success. Is there anything else I can do to save this printer?
