Problem for Microwave Ovens

hi, ive been having a problem with my microwave and cannot seem to work out what the cause is. For about 2 months now, the microwave randomly becomes non-responsive. i cannot press any buttons at all, it will just show 0000G on the display screen. I have tried to switch it off for an hour or more sometimes and still no response. but after a day or so it sometimes works normally. i cant find my manual, but was hoping you might be able to help.

Is it possible that some spray cleaner got into the controls?
I always recommend that users spray cleaner on a soft cloth then wipe the control panel.
I always recommend non-ammonia cleaners since they can crack and damage plastic.
Otherwise, the spray can get into the controls and lock it up or make it act odd.
If it does not dry out over time, it may need to be manually dried or blown out.
The keypad may be damaged or worn out, or control unit may be damaged.
