I believe it means it's having trouble connecting to the email server.

SOURCE: why is there a clue circle over my email icon

as long as the circle is revolving the mail client is trying to download mail from the server. only when the server responds with a no mail left, the circle will stop.
Check if you still have internet connection.

My I Pad will not open to access my emails

You may have too many app open ... even after shutdown.
Double click the home button. The line at the bottom is all the open apps. Hold your finger on one of them until they wiggle with a "-" circle in the corner. Tap the circles to close them and open memory. Then try you Mail again.

I cant access my account

"Ymail," a division of Yahoo!, is not the same as the Yahoo! email service.
The main different revolves around the URL at the end of your email address.

Instead of "@yahoo.com" these addresses are written as "@ymail.com."
This slight variation might confuse you about how to log into your Ymail account.

The login instructions are similar to that of Yahoo! mail. Additionally, you can recover your ID or password if you have forgotten it.

Visit the Yahoo! login page by typing "ymail.com" into the URL bar.
This takes you to both the Yahoo! email sign in and the Ymail sign in.

Type your username into the "Yahoo! ID" box.
This is the part of your email address that comes before "@ymail.com."

Type in your password.
If your password doesn't work, or you don't remember it, choose the blue "I Can't Access My Account" from the bottom of the sign in box.

Choose the option that describes your situation best. Options include: "I Forgot My Password", "My Password Doesn't Work", "I Forgot My Yahoo! ID" and "My Account May Have Been Compromised". Press "Next."

Follow the on-screen directions to set a new password or recover your ID.

I've used the internet but do not have free access, I know have a small blue icon at top of screen which looks like a 'blue dot with signal lines coming from it, which I cannot get to go away?! please...

Looks like your wifi is on and is set to the default internet option. Turn off the wifi first by going to the wifi icon in your menu and tapping the wifi circle in the middle.
To change the internet profile i.e. 3G go to menu/internet/settings/internet profiles and choose your preffered option, normally you will need to request internet settings from your network provider by sending a text.
The blue icon you speak of is tells you wifi is on this should go away once wifi is deactivated better to do this as wifi eats up the battery on this phone big time.

I have a problem with my webcam sound. I recorded my assignment speech and when i try to listen to the speech, there was no sound coming out from the webcam. i tried everything and nothing worked. Can you...

Hi chinonsobeau,

First off, you to list the model number of your HP web Cam, as well as your OS, and the software you using to record your sound. I will assume that you have Quickplay which HP ususally send out with their web cams.

To access QuickPlay, just press the "blue QuickPlay button" next to the power button. If it doesn't load QuickPlay, just do "Start" - "All Programs" - then you will see QuickPlay listed there. If you still can't find it just do a search, you will find the short-cut. If you still don't find it, then HERE is a place you can download it and use it. It also has instruction on how to use it.

Or sometimes HP sends out Cheese, another camera software. You can download that HERE.

These are the instructions for QuickPlay:

Once launched QuickPlay, click on the 2nd icon from left (between DVD and TV icon), then double-click on "HP Pavilion WebCam" from the left side panel, then you will see the blue LED light lit and you should see yourself on the screen. (Double-click "yourself" to enlarge image)

To take a picture or record video, just press the corresponding buttons on the top. (the red circle icon is for recording video (press "Stop" icon to stop recording), the camera icon is for, well, camera)
Videos and pictures are saved at:
Pictures -- C:\Users\Public\Pictures\My Snapshots
Videos -- C:\Users\Public\Videos\HP Webcam

I'm less familiar with Cheese, so I'll give you their website HERE to go to their support and they can guide you through their program.

Anyway, I hope this helps,

Don't forget to leave a raing,

Thanks

Mark

Grid surrounding cursor and desktop icons

You have accidentally enabled "Universal Access"
Open System Preferences from either the dock or the pull down menu under the Apple in the upper left hand corner of your screen.

In System Preferences the 4th line down should have icons for "System" one of those icons (usually the right most) will be a blue circle with a person in it. This is "Universal Access"

Open Universal access and turn voice over and zoom off.

My Mac laptop won't start

1. try single-user mode (hold down Cmd-S during startup tone and sequence). this should take you to a command-line screen where you can run the suggested fsck command: /sbin/fsck -fy (at the command prompt).
2. go here to see complete startup procedure in situations like this: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1417.
3. if that doesn't work, it sometimes helps to start the computer in target mode while attached to another computer via Firewire (hold down the "T" key while starting up). then you can navigate through your ~/Library/Preferences and find the most recently modified ones and pull those into a test folder on your hard drive somewhere (just create a new folder to hold them temporarily). then restart as normal. sometimes just yanking the most recently modified preference files (.plist files) works.
