Question about RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone
I had my curve about 2 months, occasionally it would not send recieve data, but the phone worked. Removing battery would resolve issue. Now it will not work at all, only phone works.
It must show GPRS, EDGE, 3G or 1xEVS on the top. These are the various data services. If it shows GSM, there may be an issue with the device. You can try to update the OS from blackberry.com or your service provider.
