on the keyboard laptop itself you can not , but you do that when plug another USB keyboard And follow the following instructions :
Use your USB port to install a wireless keyboard. You'll only need it during this process.
Download an application to remap your keyboard. InchWest makes the MapKeyboard program that will work (see Resources). For InchWest, after you click the link for the download, you will see a dialogue box giving you the option to unzip the file. Click "OK" to unzip the program. Open and run the MapKeyboard file. SharpKeys and KeyTweak are two other applications that operate similarly.
Disable the arrow keys using the layout that will appear on your screen. Highlight one of the arrow keys, and then, in the field at the lower left of the screen, type in the key that you want to take over the arrow function. Save your changes. The program will ask you for permission to get into your registry to finish the remap, so grant the permission if you have administrator rights. The program requires .NET Framework 2.0 or an updated version to make changes to the keyboard function; if your computer doesn't already have it, you can download it for free from Microsoft.
try running ccleaner, download and install from above web page. run the cleaner to delete old files and clutter, run registry to tune windows. In tools section go into start-up and disable all programs, and then any programs that need to start on switching on will still start, but normally lots of other programs start up that dont need to, stopping these from starting up will speed up your laptop. Don't woory about disabling programs, when you want to use them they will start as normal
Go into Start > Settings > Control Panel > Power Options. Click on the Hibernate tab, then check the Enable Hibernation check box to enable it.
You can start hibernation of your PC manually, if hibernation is enabled, by: 1. Selecting 'Turn Off The Computer'' from the Start menu. 2. Normally the left choice on the resulting pop-up window is ''Stand-By''. But, if you hold down the Shift key it becomes ''Hibernate''. So holding down the Shift-Key and clicking on the resulting ''Hibernate'' button (the left-most button) will cause your computer to start hibernation mode.
Note that many computers also have a button for starting hibernation mode also. Often pressing the Power button while the computer is on will cause it to go into Hibernation. (Sometimes desktop computers have this option disabled, but it can be enabled through some Setup menu item (unless a special key has been assigned to do it on the keyboard.)
Kids :) To solve your problem first you need to find out if there is any key that is broken or loose. What you could do is 1) turn off the laptop and wipe the keyboard hardly with a towel to release one of those broken keys. 2) if this doesnt work, you need to unplug external keyboard, and then goto start-> right My Computer -> Manage -> device manager -> keyboards -> rightclick standard keyboard and disable it.
Now put in your external keyboard and test your keyboard. Dont worry your mouse is still working and you can enable your onboard keyboard again. Try this and let me know if your problem is solved or detected. If your external keyboard works, i guess there is a problem with your onboard keyboard. you would require to service it. cheers.

DirectX Microsoft DirectX 9.0c (April 2006 Edition) is included on this CD. You will be prompted to install DirectX during the installation of this game if this or a more recent version is not already properly installed on your system. NOTE: DirectX may require the "latest" updates for your operating system. This may also include the latest drivers for your motherboard, sound, and video hardware.
Installation: Installation requires 3.5 GB of free hard drive space. We recommend that you have an additional 500 MB of free space available after installing the game for the Windows swap/page file.
You must have local Administrator rights to properly install LEGO Star Wars II and update Dire
No other programs should be running in the background. System resources should be at least 85% free.
To check this: Press CTRL-ALT-DEL once, choose Task Manager, choose the Performance tab, and check CPU Usage. There should be at least 500 MB of free hard disk space after installation.
If you experience performance issues when running LEGO Star Wars II, we recommend that adjust the following options in the Video Options menu:
Lower the video resolution. Set Antialias to Off If this option is set to Antialias from Control Panel, you will need to set your Antialiasing Setting to Application-Controlled in the Windows Display Properties for your specific graphics card. Disable Bloom Effect.
Please close all other programs before running LEGO Star Wars II. This includes virus-scanning, word processing, and Internet programs. Simply disabling these programs will not always help, as the programs still use resources that are needed to run LEGO Star Wars II. If you experience problems completely closing programs that are running, consult the documentation for those individual programs. This is a common problem when trying to completely disable virus-scanning software.
Use a USB keyboard and do a system restore. Use a USB keyboard to access HP.com and search for a download there. Use a USB keyboard to backup, reformat, reinstall factory image.Takes longer, but probably best overall fix, HDD may have a few bad sectors and format will fix or avoid them. May be a great time for a 7200 RPM drive and some more RAM! 2Gb RAM and a high speed drive will breathe a bunch of life into a great tablet like the tc1100.
