Question about Lexmark Z715 InkJet Printer
Hi my name is leena.
I have a problem I have installed my Lexmark X3470 onto my Laptop and when I go to print, it would say that the drives are not available or it would say that there is no printer. So I have unstalled and re installed with the files from Lexmark.com and it is still telling me the same thing. I do have the disk to it but I keep getting the same message. do you think that my laptop is to new for this older printer. Please help
You shall immediately disconnect your printer from your laptop. Uninstall your software once more. Install your software without connecting printer to your laptop. If software asks to connect then only connect the software or else just restart your laptop. Now connect your printer. It will automatically install your software. You are ready for printing.
