You would have to get the code from your owner's manual or go to the dealership with verification of type car and they will give you the code.

If the stereo has CODE written across the screen you need to enter the security code which is usually on a plastic credit card style card which is found in the owner service and manual pack. Or it may just be written somewhere in the pack.

SOURCE: Unhooked the battery on 2004 Honda civic vx , now

Hi, check the service log book, the previous owner may have written the code there. The only other way to get the code is to take your car to the local Honda dealer. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: radio stopped working on my 2003 honda odyssey

Most honda's radios had a theft deterent system that requires a 4 digit code to be entered after power to the system is lost. If you do not have a code setup, look in your owners manual, some had a factory set code to unlock and allow you to set your own code. If not, you may need to see a dealer as they would be the only ones I know that would have the capability to unlock it.

Some waning lights came on after I replaced a few fuses. How can I reset them and make them go away..

Well easily way is reset the battery or go to auto zone have a read out and cancel all codes. Or unhook your positive and negative on your battery
After unhooking the terminals turn your head lights radio for about 5 minutes. Then turn your key on three times not starting just on - off on -off
On-off then rehook battery termimals
Then again three times without starting the vehicle.. This should reset the brain to get red of those flashing lights. Good luck poor man's way of doing things good luck.

Has someone worked on the antennae lately? The antennae completes the ground...be sure it is still plugged in to the back of your radio...hope this helps.

1998 s70 volvo how to get radio working after unhooking battery post

You will need a Battery Charger set on low. Park your S70 hooked up to a charger. Turn the ignition switch to Accessory with out starting the engine and so the ignition is not on. It is the first single hash mark above the key, make sure it is lined up and you have power to the Radio, it will say Off. Leave it like this undisturbed for at least 2 hours and the Radio will reset itself.

Just changed the battery on my skoda fabia vrs

The easiest way to reset the computer coding system is to unhook your battery and let it sit for 3-5 minutes. If the code comes back on after starting your car then whatever is causing the code is still happening.

Beware that you will most likely need to know the code to unlock your radio if it has the theft protection built in where if power is unhooked from the radio the radio is locked until you follow the procedure outlined in your owners manual with a code to get it back working. If you don't have the code, your Volkswagen dealer can help you out as well.
