Question about VeriFone OMNI 3200 (P092-101-10) Printer
Power went out over night at my business, came in next morning to my verifone 3200 beeping the vrr4.out file error message. What can I do to correct this? Thanks
First this is a credit card terminal from Verifone. That file error means the internal memory is wiped. Sometimes it can be recovered sometimes it can't.
At the error screen hit FUNCTION and 7 together it will ask for a password. 1 Alpha alpha 66831 then enter or function. If it says SYSTEM= VP......... Try hitting the 0 then enter and enter again if it works it will dial to your bank for a new download. If it dials and does not connect give me a call.

Begin by removing the battery and leaving it out for two minutes. This action will reset the entire phone. Then replace the battery, turn it on and you may see that the error is corrected. If not, you will have to take it to the repair store.
