I think you'll have to hard reset your device, in order to get passed the password request procedure. You, most probably, know that a hard reset will return your device to its factory defaults, thus deleting all the applications you have installed, as well as all your personal data and settings. Anyway, to hard reset your device, press and hold both the SEND and END buttons, and, whilst keeping them pressed, press the reset pin with the stylus pen. Release the keys when a confirmation request screen comes up. Follow the on-screen instructions (if I'm not mistaken, confirm the hard reset procedure by pressing the SEND button).

F1 through F12 are called function keys because they execute programmed functions when pressed. Used in combination with the Fn key, keys marked with icons execute specific functions on the computer. The function executed by individual keys depends on the software you are using.
1. Sound Mute: Pressing Fn + ESC in a windows environment turns sound on or off. Press Fn + Enter to simulate Enter or the enhanced keyboard's numeric keypad. 2. Instant security: Press Fn + F1 to blank the screen to prevent others from accessing your data. To restore the screen and original setting, press any key or press the Touch Pad. 3. Power save mode: Pressing Fn + F2 changes the power save mode. 4. Standby: When you press Fn + F3, the computer enters Standby. 5. Hibernation: When you press Fn + F4, the computer enters Hibernation. 6. Display selection: Press Fn + F5 to change the active display device. Hold down Fn and press F5 again to change the device. 7. Internal LCD screen Brightness: Pressing Fn + F6 decreases the display brightness in decrements. 8. Internal LCD screen Brightness: Pressing Fn + F7 increases the display brightness in increments. 9. Wireless setting: If your computer has both Bluetooth and Wireless LAN functions, you can press Fn + F8 to select which type of wireless communication you want to use. 10. Touch Pad: Pressing Fn + F9 in a windows environment enables or disables the Touch Pad function. 11. Press Fn + F10 or Fn + F11 to access the integrated keypad. When activated, the keys with gray markings on the bottom edge become numeric keypad keys (Fn + F11) or cursor control keys (Fn + F10). The power on default for both settings is off. Press Fn + F12 (ScrLock) to lock the cursor on a specific line. The power on default is off. 12. TOSHIBA Zooming Utility (reduce): To reduce the icon size on the desktop or the application window, press the 1 key while holding down the Fn key. (13. if the cam is set to a language you don't know better take note of the icons on the screen. here's how you do it:
1.press or touch home button (looks like a house icon)
2.touch settings icon (looks like a toolbox icon, its at the bottom right corner of the lcd screen)
3.go to clock/language setting page (to go there look for the up and down button on the screen, it's on the right side of the lcd. in the middle you'll see reference to the page it will show 1/2 press down to make it 2/2)
4.touch the setting that has an icon of the letter A inside a square (that's in the setting upper right portion of the screen)
5.select and touch language set (it should have the language icon, A inside a square)
6.select desired language setting

camera has a built in flash function which enables you to take photos when the
light condition is not good. 1.
Press the Up button. (for reference of buttons, please see the below figure mentioned) 2.
Press the Up button once until you see the icon appear on the LCD screen. This
indicates that the flash is forced on. 3.
Press the Up button again to change to the auto flash function. 4.
The icon will appear at the top of the LCD indicating that the auto flash is
turned on and ready to use. 5.
Press the Up button again to change from the auto flash to the red eye
The icon will appear on the LCD indicating that the red eye reduction function
has been activated. 7. To turn
off the flash function, press the Up button again until the icon is displayed
on the LCD. Note: A
“Low Power” message will appear on the LCD screen, if you select the flash
function when the battery power is insufficient. To continue
using the camera with the flash, please change new batteries
hello to all who have this problem. in order to solve, go to the homescreen and press the bottom left shoulder tab/button. then press the purple folder on screen with the cog/gear in front of it. now notice the three tabs at the botom of your screens, press the middle one. then tap the icon that is the globe/planet. now open the dropdown menu in this screen/window. after selecting english, press the ok command(absolute upper left of the screen). hope this helps! if anyone else needs omnia help, ask me through my profile.
