I have a SDM-HS75 monitor that is 33 months old

I have a SDM-HS75 monitor that is 33 months old and won't turn on since I experienced a power outage. It is plugged in to a surge protector but the power switch does not illuminate at all. It is not responding. I tried a different socket and power cord with no luck.
