Simon XT panel does not want to learn motion sensor

Simon XT panel does not want to "learn" the ITI Pet Immune SAW PIR Motion Sensor. (Learned the Window Sensors just fine). Walk test went fine. Any suggestions?

try learming the sensor in by removing the back and actavation the tamper switch of the unit. also make sure that the unit is not already learned into the unit and if all else falil default the panel and start over.
