Question about HP PSC 1210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Getting "check printer cartridge" message even though new ink just installed. tried resetting, shifting cartridges in and out and using just black, with no luck

as you are using a refilled cartridge, it is causing this problem. the thickness of ink in a hp genuine cartridge and a refilled cartridge varies. and also the refilled cartridge may make your printer faulty. so it is good to try with a new hp genuine ink cartridges.

DEAR TRY COPY A PRINT i mean print out not from your system jast put a paper in to your secner and copy it if the printer do it.then reinstall your software
if not then you have to repair it from your nearest printer repair shop.

some time hp printer does not reconize refill cartridge or cartridge is damage when refilled so change cartridge

Try cleaning the contacts on the carriage unit with piece of cotton and alcohol.If this not help there is a problem in carriage unit and your printer need service.
