We bought a second hand Evenflo stroller and I took the seat off to wash. Now I'm at a quandry as to how to reassemble. I've put all the straps back the way I thought they were, but I can't seem to get the seat in a completely upright position. Can anyone help?

You can try this Link, it will lead you to a .pdf manual to save/print/read. Explanation about washing/detaching and attaching the fabric on page 9 "removing the seat pad".
Match the red arrow on the fabric seat to the middle of the seat back. Use a crochet hook to fish the elastic straps through the slots. Pull the elastic straps to hook on to the tabs on the lower rotator fastener. The key is to pop the fabric seat up into a cone, so that you can see what you're doing.
You can go to the evenflo website and look up replacement parts and enter the model number and such and you can download the manual and/or also can have them send them to you.!!
I need help with putting back on the straps on a Evenflo car seat. I lost the manual guide and now

You posted this in August so I'm not sure if you figured it out yet. I was loving this system until I ran into this problem tonight especially when I couldn't find this in the manual, but I figured it out. On the back of the car seat you'll see the black thingys that keeps the straps in place, above them are these two clips that you have to push down. push down the clip and pull the black thing up , it will release from car seat and from there you're able to adjust the straps height. I already contat evenflo about not putting this info in there manaul.
on the back of the carseat the are black plastic holders the straps go threw and there is a part in the middle that you push down and you pull the front staps to loosen or the back straps to tighten
You can remove the seat pad by unsnapping the two straps on either side of the bottom of the pad (where it covers over the metal frame). Then just thread the buckles through it. As far as the rest of the fabric such as canopy or fabrice sides, no luck. I got this stroller used and wanted to wash it all. I ended up just putting it (minus the removable pad) into my shower and washing it with the shower head. Then I got a Mr. Clean magic eraser and cleaned up the plastic parts. Now it looks so good!
