Question about KitchenAid KSC700 7-Quart Slow Cooker
Ceramic pot cracked the first time I used it! I've seen others post identical problem. Is there an inherent problem with this pot?
There is no inherent problem with the Kitchenaid ceramic inserts. As far as a replacement ceramic insert, I would suggest calling Kitchenaid Customer Service. They may be able to provide a new insert at no cost if the unit is still within the 1 Year warranty.
Their toll-free phone number is 1-800-541-6390.

We have the Kitchenaid crock pot and went through 3 inserts over the past several years. The pot works excellent , but unfortunately are now are looking for something that is comparable to the Kitchenaid.....Tired of repalcing the insert...
