Went to be with the set working, woke with the

Went to bed with the Magnavox Smart Series set working. Turned on the next day and the set "came on" but the the screen was dark, a white line ran across the top of the set, the remote will not change chanels or volumn. Remote will access MENUE but adjustment will not work. All the settings are at zero (volumn, brightness, color, picture, sharpness etc). Suggestions, Is there a reset?
