Problem for Symantec WinFax Pro for PC

Winfax attempts to fax but fails.

Maybe because Winfax is putting 44(UK code)and then 1623(area code without the 0) at the beginning of the required fax number and therefore failing. We can see this in the Message Manager send log.

This has only just happened after many months with no problems. What has happened? We cannot work out why this is happening and what the problem is.

Make sure your Dialing & Location settings are properly configured for your country. What location are you set at?
