Hi all of you
your sound as you have mechanical problem in the clutch gear , there is spring sandwitch between two gears , it may get out of it is place , try to fix it properly so as the clutch be functional,

Cleaning the pickup roller will only temporarily delay problem. The pickup roller and separation pad needs to be replaced to correct the multiple paper pickup problem. If the HP LaserJet series printer is experiencing a grinding or odd noise when printing or on power-up, open the printer and remove the print cartridge. Close the printer door. If the noise does not recur with the print cartridge removed, replace the print cartridge. If the noise persists, this may indicate a hardware failure. Paper misfeeds and failure to pickup the paper are both common symptoms of a worn pickup roller. This roller is on the bottom of the printer as shown in the attached picture.
With use the rubber tire gets smooth and can't grip the paper enough to pick it up and push it into the printer. The roller kit is easy to install yourself and will get the printer back going as good as new. You can get the roller kit here:
