Question about Computers & Internet
I had an audio cable plugged into it and someone tripped over it now I only get mono sound from one speaker. I was wondering if the sound card can be replaced? I have built and repaired many desktops so I'm sure I could do the repair just need to know how to go about it and where to get the parts. The model is Acer Extensa 4630Z, It's kind of a weird model I bought it at best buy on sale but have not been able to find much info on it.
Most sound cards are intergrated into the motherboard, you can't just replace it, you can look to see if the weld is broken and try to repair it or just go get a plug n' play sound card
