Question about Acer Aspire 5050-3242 Notebook
I have an Acer Extensa 4620Z and I can not access the Personal Secure Disk. When I enter my password, I get the following message:
Program operation error. Please restart the computer and try again. If the problem persists, please close all running programs and reinstall Acer eDataSecurity Management.
I have tried updating the software for the PSD, but this did not work.
Inside this PSD, is a file where I keep all my passwords. I have changed one of them since I did my last backup, so I don't want to do anything that would cause me to lose this data.
Hi...1st force press the F8 on top key board after booting the windows/OS then choose run safe mode...good luck and have a nice day..^_^

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
