I understand that the "Door Lock" light is not coming on, on your Frigidaire Affinity washer, model# ATF7000E. I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power and start any cycle. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your washer light status has changed successfully. I have the kwikset keypad that is supposed to light up and it did for awhile since I've had it for several months and now all of a sudden it won't light up. The batteries are fine and I tried new batt

The oven door won't close all the way. The "lock" light on the upper left is on. No amount of fiddling has solved this problem and oven is unusable. Help please!

Hi

The door lock assembly is bad and should be replaced, you can try to move it but that won't help and will have to be replaced to solve this issue. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

Lock won`t open
Look for a button or sensor which turns the light off or which the door would press when closed.
If you find it hold it down for a minute, then let go this should reset the lock
