I use htc touch hd, and I try to upgrade wm6.5 with one ROM from xda_developer. After I completed, my first start screen is scratch colour and I do power off and on and then colour ok and I this this rom have many problem I install ROM from htc web back it still have problem, Now I have 3 problem 1. Screen scratch colour 2. Phone service cant turn on 3. Freeze
Does anyone can help me solve this problem.

Hi mate, I had the same issue. I think the problem is with hard spl. So get the HSPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex.zip instead of Unsigned_HardSPL_for_Blackstone_OliNex.zip from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=431217 and it should work. For more help http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZ1M8-P1Yiw. But make sure you got the right spl.
