I use htc touch hd, and I try to upgrade wm6.5

I use htc touch hd, and I try to upgrade wm6.5 with one ROM from xda_developer. After I completed, my first start screen is scratch colour and I do power off and on and then colour ok and I this this rom have many problem I install ROM from htc web back it still have problem, Now I have 3 problem 1. Screen scratch colour 2. Phone service cant turn on 3. Freeze
Does anyone can help me solve this problem.
