Our Aaon unit on the roof is not working correctly, the loovers have been ajusted to recirculate but it still isn't keeping up like like it should. What should I do? I already cleaned the condencer to the best of my ability too by the way.

Hey there, Aaons are fun lol. How many circuits does it have, how many are running. There are manual reset high pressure switches on the discharge line at each compressor. Thoses are the simple things to tell ya first. Also feel the suction lines at each compressor to see if they feel cool and all the same. let me know

ok, how many compressors are there. If you open the control panel, in the top right corner above the compressors there should be sight glasses, look to see if there are any bubbles in them and check to see what the temp of the pipe is.

Aaon roof top burners go out

  • I'm assuming this is a makeup air unit...100% outside air. Check your program with the plug in controller and make sure setpoints & tolerances are all set up correctly. My guess is that it maintained setpoint and shut need to know what those setpoints are. If this is 100% outside air, make sure the automatic outside damper opens correctly & your filters are clean.

Heat only blows out strong out drivers side cool and weak out pass side

Either the air duct is clogged or the internal loover is not opening the vent to the output vent. You will need to remove the end screen on the vent and feel inside while someone turns the air flow from floor vents to chest height vents...back and forth to feel if the inside loover is moving. If not, try to find either the air hose control or wire control on the loover disconnected.

I have an instant hotwater system with the futher most bathroom about 45' away. I am looking at adding a recirculating pump on a timer at the furthermost bathroom to get hotwater quickly in the...

Maybe I am not understanding your problem exactly, but if you have the instant hotwater system installed it should be measuring the temperature of the water in the hot water line and if it drops below the set level it should open the hot water side until the temperature is reached. If it was installed correctly it puts the hot water back into the cold water line so it isn't wasted.

Fm works but no am. i tried connecting an alpine stereo but still fm works but no am

This problem will only deal with the antenna cable correctly connected behind the unit and up to the exterior roof antenna. Any break in the harness may cause this effect. In early VW's when the antenna was located on the front left fender, owners were complaining of poor reception and static interference from the ignition coil near by. Besides hearing your AM station you also hear electrical noise which changes pitch as you increase the engine speed while keeping FM unaffected. The solution was insulation and relocating the antenna at the farthest part of the vehicle, rear roof. Make sure you have the the right connector for your unit to make a perfect connection.

Many times you may also have to adjust the throttle needle as well for altitude or just to get it to run right. It may be the throttle cable having problems too.

Air conditioning switch goes off and on while recirculating air

If I understand correctly the A/C light goes on and off. If so, try to gently push the switch to the side(Not in) while the A/C is on. If this keeps the system working, you need a new control assy(Complete control head)
