New TV LG 32LC46 Compatable with SONY DVD...

I just replaced my Sony TV with the LG 32LC46 The DVD only plays Black and white! I tried the scart in AV1 and AV2 both work ok with scart from Sky box.
Also unable to get Sky remote code to work, I was given code 0206.
