Sounds like either there is a bad connection from the computer to the monitor, or the monitor has a faulty power regulator, causing the monitor to overheat prematurely, and shut off.
Here the monitor does not have any problem.Initially test monitor by removing the monitor cable from the cpu. you can see small boxes moving in the screen this ensures your monitor is ok
Here he problem is with Ram in the cpu .Just remove the ram and clean the ram slot and ram and then fix it tt will work fine
Probably the monitor. LCD monitors use electrolytic capactors which change value with heat. The power board in yours probably has 6 to 8 caps whic need replacement. Take it to a reputable repair person or check out my websit.
Problem is related to Invertor .If you are Technically able ,resolder power transistors 2sc5707 on powerboard near invertor transformers.
