Replace the toner cartridge and reset the developer with command 42 sub 01.

well first off if you changed the drum Unit you should reset the counter for that as well. And before you do a developer reference make sure your white reference measurement is cleaned that's the white strip underneath the glass. , Are you aware that you are suppose to enter sub-codes.
