If you are refering to the LCD on the printer itself, the screen is either has a bad ribbon cable tfrom the PCA board or to the LCD itself. This should still be under warranty, (maybe?) At this point it is a Manufacturer's bad componet,which falls under workmanship. Your best bet to correct this before the whole screen goes out is to contact the manufacturer and arrange to have another printer sent to you .They will give you instructions on what to do. Also keep in mind these small printers do not have consumable parts, they are marketed for the ink.
