Question about Retail Supplies
I did a Purchase Correction an something weird happened. I got two vouchers for the same correction, one said the transaction failed and the other said the transaction was approved. I cannot find the purchase correction on the Stored Transaction Report. How did this happen and where do I find the Purchase Corrections?

There are two parts to this problem: 1) actually processing transactions, and 2) all the cards "out in the wild".
Prairie Trail Software sells host software that can process the transactions for you. It would be a custom solution.
However to get the data on all those existing cards will be the problem. You will need to get reports from your current processor that give you all the data about those cards in the wild. If you can not get those reports, then you are not able to transfer all those existing cards (and histories and account balances). In that case, you would need to replace those cards and run side by side until you can get most of them replaced.
