A hacker change my yahoo mail confirmation & password

I am sorry to hear that someone has hacked into your Yahoo account and changed your password. There are a couple of methods you can try to resolve this problem. First thing to do is to try and log into your account by entering your user name and instead of entering the password that you already know will not work, click on the "forgot my password" link. When you click this link and report that you do not have your password, it will give you a couple of different options to recover it. If you still have access to an alternate email account that you listed on file with Yahoo when you created your Yahoo email you can send a password reset to that email and recover your account quickly. If you did not specifiy an alternate email address or someone has changed the one you had on file so you cannot receive a password reset at an address that you still have access to - then try answering the security questions you have on file to verify your identity. There should be three questions on file that you should know the answers to. If you cannot answer these questions, then its time to contact Yahoo customer service direct and explain to them - NOT that you have forgotten your password but that the security on your email account has been compromised and you need to stop access until this has been resolved. They will ask you questions about people that you frequently email and others things about your account that only you would know. It takes 24 hours to reset an email account after your identity has been compromised. If you are unable to locate the customer service number for yahoo here are a few suggestions:

I think my yahoo mail was hack by someone... how can i recover it? it is really important to me, all my personal transaction is there..

You may still be able to reset the password, and then you would be able to access your account, and hopefully any important information has not been erased/deleted. When in your mailbox, you can check the deleted items folder to see if anything is in there. If the folder is clean, and you are missing things, there is no way for Yahoo to recover it.

Hello someone has just hijacked my yahoo account

you can try contacting yahoo and explain to the the situation, but im under the impression that the account is a write off. inform ALL your friends that the account is hijacked, create a new email (i recommend gmail) and use a strong password. typically, NO email provider EVER asks you to confirm account info "before deletion" so treat any emails that want ANY personal info as "phishing" and delete them immediately.

E-mail

Access Yahoo, and click "forgot my password".
Correctly answer all the "personal" questions (name of first pet, first middle-school), and then you can reset your password.

My email id on yahoo.com is not opening since last one & half year. I have tried through yahoo help by putting primary information like date of birth, zip cade etc, but to my shock the input I fed...

I assume you have tried contacting Yahoo India about that and it didn't worked. In that case then yes, the only way to reclaim your account is to get there in person.

Can not remember password

This can happen to all of us. If you have a secondary email address registered on the Yahoo! Mail account in your question, you can have Yahoo! send a new password for it to your secondary email address.

Yahoo! may ask you a series of questions based on information you provided when opening the account. This is to confirm your identity as the owner of the account:

1) Open the Yahoo! Mail login page

2) Click the link "I cannot access my account"

3) Follow the prompts for confirming your identity as required

I hope this helps!
