You may find that the AC needs re gassing. That's why it has warm air coming out. LOW may be the machines indicator of low gas or low pressure of the compressor.
If it's portable, then take it to a company that can re gas it & check for leaks of the refrigerant gas.

It may just be running the fan and thermostat shut off cold until needed. Mine constantly blows unless I physically turn off.

Lack of air flow or a lack of refrigerant are the two primary reasons why coils freeze. Clean the filter and the coil, if frost continues it is likely low on refrigerant.

Check your ac adaptor to see if it has voltage with a voltmeter. Replace the ac adaptor, otherwise you need repair of your dvd portable player.

the water resevoir is full

you can use 9V-1A or 12V-1A AC Adapter.

Make sure that the coils are all clean, Vacume cleaner with the brush attachment on the end works well.
Sounds like your fan is only working and not the Compresser that makes the unit an "air conditioner" and not a gloryfied fan.

Check and make sure that the butten is on Cold and that the small water drawer is in correctly so the shut off switch is making good contacts. Important Make sure that it is getting enough electricity at the wall plug, Because when the ac compresser 1st turns on it uses 3-5 times the power for the intial startup, not enough juice means no AC.
The fan only uses a little to blow but AC needs alot to start.
Unit should sound diffrent when AC compreser turns on compared to fan only on mode.

If this is the kind I'm thinking of the condensate tank needs to be emptied of water.
