Am using broadband internet via modem. initial setup for my new WRT310N was fine for 2 months. suddenly, i was unable to connect. brought it to where i bought it. left it there. they gave another linksys model to use while they look into it. their technician came to install the new model. still unable to connect. tried resetting. still unable to connect. he spent the whole day, setting up the WRT310N and the other model. called many times our internet provider. they can only tell me they are not blocking any thing. have given up!
You should call Linksys tech support now. The router needs to be configured manually. The tech that you hired maybe not familiar on how to configure the Linksys router.
